In collaboration with V Magazine China, Onceness used photorealistic 3D AI to capture actress Ni Ni, the cover star of its 2025 New Year edition. To achieve this, a custom camera rig was built to enable quick turnaround and flexibility. This marks the first application of Gaussian Splatting technology and Volumography medium in China’s fashion photography scene. Post-production and visualization was done at our in-house R&D unit, Play.Work Labs.
